My sister in-law gave me this recipe several weeks ago. I finally had time to visit the Big Oven site, find the recipe, and provide some feedback. This recipe is great as originally posted however, the second time I made it I doubled the recipe and stirred in about 1 cup of cubed Velveeta and placed approximately 8 strips of bacon on the top to cook during the last 30 minutes of baking. We prefer the paprika.

This was ok but my sister makes a better one. I will ask her for her recipe and post it.

Returned to the oven with chedder cheese to melt. Took longer to cook because of the overlaped potatoes. (Only got one long dish)
