Easy Tacos Ingredients

1 lb Ground chuck	CONDIMENTS
3 ts Taco Seasoning Blend; see homemade taco seasoning mix recipe number 97656	Onions; chopped
1/4 c Water	Tomato; chopped
2 small Onion chopped	Lettuce; shredded
12 Taco shells	Cheese; shredded

Instructions for Easy Tacos

Brown ground chuck in a large skillet over medium heat, add chopped onion and stir until both onion and meat are cooked; drain.

Add Taco Seasoning Blend and 1/4 cup water, stirring well. (I like the homemade taco seasoning mix in the ingredients list [less salt and chemicals] but any will do.)

Cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates. spoon meat mixture into taco shells; top with condiments as disired.

Just a note on this -- we were just doing some maintenance work on the recipe db and this particular record was temporarily out of the index, but back again safe and sound... thanks for posting a great photo!

Not sure what happened, I rated this recipe earlier and added a photo and it seemed to disappear from the database. Found it again by the ID number. I did it a little different. I cooked the onions with the meat and used a tomato salsa instead of tomatoes. Used the homemade taco seasoning mix ID # 97657 and it was a great meal. I will be making it again.
