Egg Foo Yung Ingredients

1 pk Rice-A-Roni Fried Rice, 1/4 c Green Onion, sliced
6 Egg Substitute, Liquid SAUCE
1 tb Soy Sauce 2 tb Soy Sauce
1 ds Pepper 2 tb Cornstarch
1 15 Oz Can Bean Sprouts, 2 c Water

Instructions for Egg Foo Yung

Beat together eggs, soy sauce and pepper. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by 1/3 c. on greased surface and brown on each side. Prepare sauce: Mix soy sauce and cornstarch.
