Eggplant Parmesan #1 Ingredients

1 lg Eggplant Parmesan cheese
8 oz Mozzarella cheese 1 cn (15 Oz.) tomato sauce
1 Egg; beaten Italian flavored bread

Instructions for Eggplant Parmesan #1

Slice eggplant and dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Brown all of eggplant. Put sauce in bottom of baking dish. Layer browned eggplant, then Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
