Ingredients

1 c Garlic -- crushed
1/4 ts Tabasco
Cilantro -- chopped
Salt -- to taste
1/3 c Olive oil
1 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c White wine vinegar
1 c Water

Preparation
