Empanadas Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef (cooked) 2 ts Chili powder (more if you

Instructions for Empanadas

Cook together (except meat) about a half hour, will be fairly thick. Combine with cooked meat, cool. Make package of pie crust mix. Roll out thin - half at a time - cut in circles. Put one Tlb mixture on a circle, fold over and seal. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 20 - 25 min. Really good, and as you can see, you make them as hot as you want.
