Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Stewing beef, dice
2 Onions, chop
2 lg Red bell peppers, chop
1 ts Garlic, mince
6 oz Tomato sauce
1/4 ts Dried oregano
1/4 ts Cumin
1 ts Salt
1 c Dry red wine

Preparation

In a saucepan of water boil beef for 15 minutes. Drain beef and return to saucepan with fresh water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 45 minutes. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
