Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas Ingredients

4 8-inch fat-free flour	1/4 c Thin green bell pepper
Nonstick cooking spray	2 oz Reduced fat sharp cheddar
1 c Cooked chicken; Chopped	1/2 c Old El Paso Homestyle Garden
1/2 c Thin red bell pepper strips	1 tb Sliced green onions

Instructions for Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas

1. Heat oven to 450F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Spray both sides of each tortillas lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas on foil-lined pan. Sprinkle each with half of the chicken, bell pepper strips and cheese. Top with remaining 2 tortillas. 2. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
