Suggest a better description1. Roast and peel Anaheim chilies, remove seeds & stem and chop coarsely 2. Mince onion and Serrano chile fine. Add minced cilantro. 3. Remove stem and cut figs into chunks 4. Toss all in a bowl gently to not break figs. 5. Add sugar, salt and lime juice, mix all and allow to stand to 30 min. Serve with Chicken or grilled pork.
