Ingredients
- 1 lb Fettuccine
- 1 lb Cooked shrimp, chopped into
- 1 1/2 c Half-and-half or heavy cream
- 1 c Frozen peas, thawed
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add fettuccine and cook about 7 minutes. Drain well; return to pot and add cream, peas and cheese over low heat, heat through.
