Potatoes with Chives Ingredients

1 lb Washed New Potatoes, with	1 tb Garlic Wine Vinegar
5 fl Soured Cream	2 tb Snipped Chives
3 tb Mayonnaise	Salt and Pepper

Instructions for Potatoes with Chives
