French Apple Bread Pudding Ingredients

3 Eggs 1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 cn (14 oz) Eagle Brand 1 ts Vanilla
3 md Apples, pared, cored, finely 4 c French bread cubes
1 3/4 c Hot water 1/2 c Raisins
1/4 c Butter

Instructions for French Apple Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 350? In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
