French Silk Pie Ingredients
CRUST
FILLING
1 c
Flour
1 Stick
butter
1/2 ts
Salt
3/4 c
Sugar
2 tb
Sugar
1 Square semi-sweet
chocolate
3/8 c Crisco
1 ts
Vanilla
2 tb
Milk
1/2 pt Whipping
cream
Instructions for French Silk Pie
Mix flour, salt and sugar together. Add oil and milk. Mix together and press into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. To make filling: Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add egg and beat for 5 minutes. Add another egg; beat an additional 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm. Very rich and very good. From
