French-Fried Bananas Ingredients

4 md Green bananas 1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Allowed oil

Instructions for French-Fried Bananas

From: Jane Date: Fri, 26 Jul 1996 23:28:24 +0700 Peel the bananas and cut in halves crosswise. Cut each half into six strips.Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add a single layer of banana strips and fry until the edges are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.Repeat with the remaining banana strips.Sprinkle lightly with salt.Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
