Fresh Mango Chutney Ingredients

2 c Diced mango (avoid fibrous 1/2 CUP MIXED, CHOPPED FRESH
1/4 c Chinese preserved black Oregano
1/4 c Green onions, thinly sliced Zest and juice of one lime
1/4 c Diced red onions Zest and juice of one orange
2 tb Grated ginger 1/4 c Rice wine vinegar
2 Red jalapeno peppers, 1 c Light olive oil
1 sm Sweet red pepper, diced 1 tb Toasted cumin seed

Instructions for Fresh Mango Chutney
