Fresh Peach Sorbet Ingredients

4 c Chopped peeled peaches,	1/2 c Sauternes or other sweet
3/4 c Sugar

Instructions for Fresh Peach Sorbet

Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
