Fresh Peas or Butter Beans Ingredients

beans

1 1/2 qt Water; (1 1/2 to 2)

Instructions for Fresh Peas or Butter Beans
In a 4 to 6-quart pan, bring water and salt meat to boil. Add peas or butter beans and chopped onions. Lower heat to medium and cover pot. Cook 2 hours, until tender, but not mushy.
