Suggest a better descriptionPosition multipurpose blade in work bowl of food processor. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, onion, basil leaves, garlic, salt and pepper. Process until finely chopped, about 10 seconds. Pour mixture into large saucepan. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Cook 10 min, stirring occasionally. Melt margarine in small saucepan over med heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 min, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in broth. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually stir sauce into tomato mixture. Cook 2 min, until thoroughly heated. Garnish soup with sprigs of fresh bail, if desired. Yield: 6 servings (1 C per serving) This was absolutely incredible!!
