Friday "Meat" Loaf Ingredients

2 c Beans -- cooked	1 ts Onion -- grated
1/2 lb Shredded cheddar cheese	1/2 ts Salt
1 c Tomatoes -- chopped	1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 Egg	1 tb Butter

Instructions for Friday "Meat" Loaf
