Fried Bananas Ingredients

6 Green tipped bananas	1 Egg
Salt & pepper	1 tb Water
Fresh lemon juice	1/2 c Dry bread crumbs

Instructions for Fried Bananas

Cut bananas into halves crosswise & lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & lemon juice. Dip into egg beaten with water, then into bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Drain on paper. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
