2 c Nonfat dry milk powder	2 c Corn starch
1 c Granulated sugar

Instructions for Powered Sugar Replacement Recipe

Diabetic icing #1 for icing the cake . 1 envelope d-zerta whipped topping mix, 1/2 cup cold water, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 4 tsp meringue powder. Combine in a deep bowl and whip with electric mixer for 4 mins or until fluffy.
