Ingredients
- 2 Boneless/skinless chicken
- 1 cn Low-fat condensed cream of
- 1 cn Low-fat condensed cream of
- 1 lb Broccoli; steamed and
- 1/2 c White cooking wine
- 1 sm Can mushrooms; (drained)
- 1 Entire garlic bulb
- 1 sm Onion; cleaned and sliced
- 1 lb Bag pot pie noodles; cooked
- 1/2 c Water

Notes: By Anita A. Dunn, Tamaqua. The Times News, PA Rinse the chicken breasts and cut into 1" pieces. Clean garlic then cut cloves into slivers. Place 6 qt. pot over medium heat and add margarine. Add chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Saute over low heat for 10 minutes being careful not to let ingredients burn. Add wine and cook 5 minutes. Add soups and water. Mix and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, adding the broccoli 5 minutes before serving. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles. Delicious with Italian bread!
