Garlic Pasta Ingredients

8 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tb Olive oil 1/2 lb Pasta
1/2 c Whipping cream Parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions for Garlic Pasta

Saute garlic in olive oil until not quite brown. Add the cream, a small amount of salt and a good amount of pepper. Simmer to reduce cream and toss with pasta that has been cooked as directed. I served this as a side dish at a buffet. Good for all those who love garlic.

I don't usually give 5 starts but this was really good. I added more cream, less olive oil, and no extra salt, the cheese has plenty for me. It reminded me of the Olive Garden, and living here in Thialand, you start to crave stuff from home!
