Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil until not quite brown. Add the cream, a small amount of salt and a good amount of pepper. Simmer to reduce cream and toss with pasta that has been cooked as directed. I don't usually give 5 starts but this was really good. I added more cream, less olive oil, and no extra salt, the cheese has plenty for me. It reminded me of the Olive Garden, and living here in Thialand, you start to crave stuff from home!
