1 sm Green bell pepper; finely 2 Scallions; finely sliced
1 sm Yellow bell pepper; finely Olive oil and red wine
2 Kirby cucumbers; finely Salt and freshly ground
2 Vine-ripened tomatoes;

Instructions for Gazpacho Salsa (Mf)

In a mixing bowl combine the peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and scallions and toss with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
