Ingredients


Preparation

Stir together flour, eggs, salt, and 1/2c. cold water. Beat til mixture bubbles and is smooth. Add just enough water as necessary. Bring 1 qt. salted water to boil, shape dough. Boil, til they float to the top. Swish them around in a bowl of cold water briefly and gently. Replace to hot water to keep warm. Can also be made in pasta maker.
