1. WASH CLEAN GIBLETS. COVER WITH WATER; BRING TO A BOIL; REDUCE HEAT; SIMMER 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN; RESERVE LIQUID FOR USE AS PART OF STOCK FOR CHICKEN GRAVY OR TURKEY GRAVY.
