Glazed Ham Balls Ingredients

1 lb Ground cooked ham 1/2 lb Ground beef
3/4 c Soft bread crumbs 1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Unsweetened pineapple juice 1/2 c Maple flavored syrup
2 tb Cornstarch Hot cooked rice

Instructions for Glazed Ham Balls

Combine ham, ground beef, bread crumbs and milk. Mix well. Shape into eighteen 1 1/2" meat balls. Place in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 F. for 20 minutes. Combine pineapple juice, syrup and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Pour over meatballs. Bake 20 min. longer. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings.
