Glazed Orange Cake Ingredients

1 pk (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix 1/2 ts Orange extract
Vegetable oil spray 3 Eggs
1 pk (3 oz) orange gelatin 1/4 c Grated coconut
1/2 c Orange marmalade 1 1/4 c Milk
1 ts Orange rind 1/4 c Sliced almonds
3 tb Butter or margarine; 1/4 c Salad oil

Instructions for Glazed Orange Cake

This cake recipe is from Hawaiian Electric Kitchen, but not formatted yet. It looks so good that I want to try it. Nadia in Texas Preheat electric oven to 350F. In a large bowl of electric mixer, combine cake mix, gelatin, orange rind, orange extract, eggs, milk, and oil. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds, then at high speed for 2 minutes. Spray bundt pan with vegetable spray. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; invert onto serving plate. Combine marmalade and butter; mix well.
