Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Place dollop of goat cheese on each pastry square and fold over to form triangle. (? nice Purim touch) Seal edges with water and press with fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 25 minutes. Place in center of dessert plates, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.
