Golden Couscous Ingredients

1 cup Carrot juice 1 cup Couscous
1 cup Vegetable broth 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine2 tablespoon Fresh dill finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions for Golden Couscous

In a medium saucepan, combine the carrot juice, broth, margarine and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in the couscous. Bring back to a boil, cover and remove from the heat. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and dill just before serving.
