Goldsboro Coleslaw Ingredients

1 sm Cabbage	1 c Onion; finely chopped
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise	Salt and pepper; to taste

Instructions for Goldsboro Coleslaw

Remove core of cabbage and any tough or blemished outer leaves. Cut cabbage in half and shred fine. Coarsely chop the shreds and place in mixing bowl.
