FOR THE DRESSING
- 5 Fl oz carton natural yogurt
- 3 Level Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Level teaspoons English
- 2 2-3 level Tablespoons
- 1/2 oz Flaked almonds, toasted
Preparation
Place the carrots, swede and raisins in a bowl. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and chutney together and toss with the grated vegetables and raisins. Sprinkle over the flaked almonds before serving.
