Greek Chicken Ingredients

6 Skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 large (10oz) Can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon Oregano
1 small (6oz) Can tomato puree 1 Onion; chopped
2 cups Mushrooms sliced1/2 cup Wine or brandy (Optional)
3/4 cup Ripe olives 2 cups Rice
2 cloves Garlic Salt to taste

Instructions for Greek Chicken

Wash and remove fat from chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients (except rice). Put chicken and sauce in a crockpot on low heat and cook for at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Before serving, cook rice according to directions on box. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.

A very authentic tasting dish. I used white wine in this recipe, I couldn't find any _cans_ of mushrooms or olives so I used 2 cups of mushrooms and a 3/4 cup of olives and it tasted great :)
