Grilled Lemon/herb Mahi Mahi Ingredients

3 tb Olive oil 4 tb Herbs; freshly chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced Basil with lemon herbs
3 tb Lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste
1 ts Worcestershire sauce 2 Mahi mahi steaks; 3/4 to
1 ts Soy sauce

Instructions for Grilled Lemon/herb Mahi Mahi

Combine all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the mahi mahi steaks. Marinate for at least two hours. Grill the steaks, brushing frequently with marinade. To grill the mahi mahi, preheat the grill over low flame, and grill until the fish browns. Tirn and grill until the fish flakes and is opaque. Time will vary depending on thickness. Spoon a good cup of cooked wild or white rice onto each plate. Put one of the steaks on top of this on each plate. Sprinkle with chopped herbs of choice. Tried recipe last night for Sunday dinner. I slightly modified the recipe to fit my pantry; I had olive oil with lemmon essence; no worshestershire; "herbs" were dill and oregano. The marinade was wonderful overnight; the flavor after grilling the steaks were very very pleasing.
