Grilled Marinated Portabello Mushrooms Ingredients

MARINADE Balsamic vinegar
Minced garlic Salt
Olive oil Pepper

Instructions for Grilled Marinated Portabello Mushrooms

Mix ingredients together and marinate Portabello caps 15-20 minutes. Grill approx. 3 minutes (capside down) , turn. Grill 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on the underside (dark side). I dont measure, so I cant give exact measurements, but just about like a vinagrette, just mix and taste it until it tastes good. Itll BE good! Note: To "kick it up a notch", add red pepper flakes. BONUS: After you take the mushrooms out to grill, you can use the left over marinade to dip pieces of french bread in.............
