NOTE: IN STEP 2, IF GRILL, ROLLER FRANKFURTER, IS AVAILABLE, SET CONTROL TO MEDIUM; PLACE FRANKFURTERS OR SAUSAGE ON GRILL 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO SERVING TIME. I didn't make 18 lbs. But I grilled it along potato chunks. Then I served it with veggies and sauerkraut. Nice glass of beer on the side.
