Preparation

100% would make "Ham Casserole" again.

I like this to use up leftover ham. I use healthy request cream of chicken soup becuase my kids would not eat it if they saw a mushroom. I also omit the butter and onion, again the kids would object to onion and sometimes its just tot worth the fight. My husband likes a little breadcrumb or crushed cracker on the top. I serve it with a nice big salad.
