Ham Loaf with Horseradish Glaze Ingredients

Ham Loaf1/2 ts Pepper
1 1/2 lb Ground ham 2 c Tomato juice
1 1/2 lb Ground pork Horseradish Glaze
1/2 lb Ground beef 1 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Oats 2 tb Flour
4 Eggs; beaten 2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c Chopped onion 8 tb Horseradish

Instructions for Ham Loaf with Horseradish Glaze

Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture.
