Hamburger Buns - Sourdough Version Ingredients

3 c Expanded sourdough starter 1 tb Salt
10 1/4 c Flour 2 Beaten eggs
1 c Lard 3 3/4 c Water
3/4 c Sugar

Instructions for Hamburger Buns - Sourdough Version

Mix all ingredients. You should have a soft dough. Let rise. Shape into balls on greased cookie sheet. Let rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 48 buns.
