Tonight were having it as an entree for a special birthday dinner for my Grandmother but its equally good for breakfast, brunch or as a lite meal. It doesnt really have a name but for the purposes of this page well call it Now there are no exact quantities for this dish just do as many as required Grill Hash Browns as per instructions. When cooked place a slice of cream cheese on each one. On that place a slice or piece of smoked salmon. On that place a very thin wedge of lemon with skin. Top off with a caper or two. Its ready to serve, looks great and tastes even better. DAVE
