Ingredients

8 oz Light cream cheese
10 oz Frozen spinach; thawed and
2 c Havarti cheese; grated
2 tb Milk

Preparation

1. In a medium sized microwave safe bowl beat the cream cheese until soft. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave on medium setting for 5-6 minutes until thouroughly heated; stir once or twice during cooking. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 318 by RecipeLu on Nov 27, 1997
