Ingredients
- 3 c Oatmeal (flour)
- 1/2 c Oatmeal
- 1 c Sucanat* (granulated cane
- Juice)
- 1 c Shredded coconut
- 3 tb Featherweight* (baking
- Powder)
- 1 ts Salt, Optional
- 1/2 c Honey (raw)
- 1 16 oz. can pineapple
- 1 c Raisins
- 2 ts Vanilla extract
- 4 tb Water
- 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
- 1 c Chopped walnuts
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. 3. In blender, mix water, vanilla extract, honey and pineapple. Add to above contents. 4.
