Helens Lemonade Syrup Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef; lean turkey (2 2 ts Sugar
1 1/4 c Chopped onion 1 ts Celery seed
2 c Carrots; peeled and sliced Salt and pepper to taste
1 c Green bell pepper; chopped MM BY H PEAGRAM
1 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced 5 lb Sugar
1 cn (16 oz) green beans; cut, 2 oz Citric acid
1 cn (16 oz) corn; drained 1 oz Tartaric acid
3 Stalks celery; sliced 6 c -Boiling water
1 cn (46 oz) tomato juice 6 Lemons

Instructions for Helens Lemonade Syrup

Dissolve in boiling water, the sugar and acids. Grate 4 lemons and use juice from 6 lemons. Add to boiling water. Keep bottled in frig. Mix in a 5 part water to 1 part syrup ratio. Source: Helen Peagram From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
