1 14 oz can whole peeled	4 Sweet potatoes; peeled and
1 c Uncooked lentils; rinsed	2 tb Cajun spice seasoning (I
1 Large stal celery;	1 tb Cinnamon
1 tb Chili powder	1 ts Hot-pepper sauce (I omitted)
2 ts Ground cumin

I got this from a Womans Day article on Firemen who cook. As a side-note, the recipes named for an area of NYC where there are often violent fires. Original recipe called for o*l, which I left out. Heat oven to 400 F. Spray jelly-roll pan with nonstick spray, if desired. Mix potatoes and seasonings in a bowl until well coated. Bake about 40 minutes until tender.
