Herb Salad Dressing Mix Ingredients

3/4 c Graham crackers; crushed	2 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 tb Lowfat margarine; melted	2 c Fresh strawberries; sliced
15 oz Lowfat ricotta cheese	1/4 c Parsley flakes
8 oz Plain nonfat yogurt	2 tb Each dried oregano, basil
1 c Sugar	2 tb Sugar
2 tb All-purpose flour	1 tb Fennel seeds, crushed
2 tb Lemon juice	1 tb Dry mustard
1 pk (8 oz.) light cream cheese;	1 1/2 ts Black pepper
3/4 c Liquid egg substitute;

If you make salads often, double the recipe Place all the ingredients in a 1 pint jar, cover tightly and shake well to mix. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
