1/2 cup Shortening	1 cup Buttermilk
1 1/2 cups Sugar	1 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs	1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla	1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 ounces Red food coloring	2 tablespoon Cocoa
2 1/2 cups Sifted cake flour
