Home for the Holidays Cake (Whiskey Cake) Ingredients

1 1/2 c Butter	2 ts Baking powder
2 c Sugar	1 c Whiskey
6 Eggs -- beaten	2 ts Vanilla
3 1/2 c Flour	1 lb Chopped pecans
1 pn Salt

Instructions for Home for the Holidays Cake (Whiskey Cake)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Slowly add whiskey and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Line two loaf pans with foil and fill 2/3 full.
