Israeli Coffee Chicken Ingredients

1 lg Broiler fryer 4lbs; cut in 8	2 tb Lemon juice
3/4 c Black coffee	2 tb White vinegar
1 tb Ketchup	1 tb Olive oil
3 tb Soy sauce	2 tb Brown sugar

Instructions for Israeli Coffee Chicken

Mix liquids and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes to reduce. Pour over chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour.
