Home-Style Creamed Corn Casserole Ingredients

34 oz Cream style corn	1/2 ts Salt
1 c Minute rice	1/8 ts Pepper
1 Egg; slightly beaten	1/8 ts Nutmeg

Instructions for Home-Style Creamed Corn Casserole

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9" square baking dish. Bake at 375?F for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Garnish as desired. Makes 6 servings. Microwave Directions: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9" square microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at high 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbs.
