Homeade Applesauce Ingredients

3 lb Granny Smith apples	3/4 c Sugar; approximately
1/4 c Water

Instructions for Homeade Applesauce

Peel, core & thinly slice apples into a 3 qt microwavable dish. Add water. Cover & microwave on High (100%) for 15 minutes (time for a 650 watt oven). Stir in sugar to taste.
